Photo Pro Expo
Plans are almost complete for Kentucky's 2009 big event.
KPPA is having more than just a Convention, 2009 will be a "PhotoProExpo". Both National and Regional events will be taking place in conjunction with the 65th Annual State Convention. The National Association of Photoshop Professionals will be bringing their Lightroom 2 Tour to Covington . We're especially excited because, this will mark the first time a partnership like this will take place on a state level.
KPPA will be hosting the MES Regional Print Competition. The Mid-East States of KY MI. OH. PA. & WV will be sending some of the best images in the country for Regional Judging.
If you plan on participating in this year's Regional competition this is your call for enteries.
If you want to learn more about print competition there is no better way than by attending the judging. Even better become part of the print crew and learn the process from behind the scenes. Volunteers from all states are welcome.
Saturday KPPA will be host for the "Red Carpet Gala" , MES representatives will be on hand to present the Regional Print Awards, followed by an all attendees Reception.
This year we are planning on a Trade Show that is bigger than ever. Need cameras, lighting, props, backgrounds, album supplies, printers or you just want to check out all new products the labs have to offer.
KPPA's 2009 PhotoProExpo has something for everyone....come check this one out!
2008 Loan Collection
Approximately 4,514 entries were submitted to Professional Photographers of America’s (PPA’s) International Print Competition, from which a panel of more than 40 eminent photographers from across the United States selected the images that would comprise the 2008 General and Loan Collections...the most prestigious awards.
